Paperbell is not just for you, it\u2019s for you and<\/em> your clients. So let\u2019s break down exactly how to work with them in Paperbell!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First off, I want to address a common urge: you want to import all of your old clients into Paperbell, don\u2019t you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLEASE DON’T!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OK, just kidding about the all caps. But really, we advise you not<\/em> to import old clients. There won\u2019t be any useful info tied to them and it will just clutter your setup. Instead, invite future or currently engaged clients to jump into Paperbell with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which Paperbell link do I send to new clients, and how can I find it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Paperbell is centered around the idea of packages<\/a>.<\/strong> Your packages are what you sell (or give away, in the case of a free discovery call). So there isn\u2019t just one universal Paperbell scheduling link, it\u2019s all about which package you want to link to.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO, when you need to send a link to a client, you first need to start with the package. Do that by <\/a>finding or creating the right package in Paperbell<\/a>.<\/strong> Then click on the package and navigate to the Sharing<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you\u2019re there you\u2019ll see a few different options. (BTW you can always find this later on our help pages<\/strong><\/a> if you want to bookmark that!) Also note that you can use the \u201cpreview\u201d link to see exactly what your client sees, or the little clipboard arrow pointing left to automatically copy the link. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
