Last week, we delivered the ability to create multiple surveys within the same package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week, we\u2019ve taken something else there used to be just one of and MULTIPLIED it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you guess what it is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know some of you loooove the notes feature to keep all of your client info in one place. But the old one-note system got messy when you wanted to take a lot of notes on the same client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we made it better, based on your ideas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now create as many notes as you like for each client, and each one is time-stamped automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, it gets better.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes you want to take a private note, but sometimes you want to share a client\u2019s notes with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you can do both!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each individual note, decide if it\u2019s private or shared. (The default is private.) It\u2019s a great way to ensure that your client has all of their notes at their fingertips!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can find your notes right inside your Clients section<\/a> in Paperbell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
