Or maybe someone who asked you to CC their assistant? Or you coach teens and need to make sure their parents are also in the loop?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, you know how it goes around here: <strong>you ask for it, we build it!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your clients can now have multiple email addresses on their account! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s right &#8211; each client can now add up to 4 email addresses, and ALL of those emails will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appointment confirmations and reminders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All automated emails from their packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calendar invites for both 1:1 and group sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s how it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/paperbell.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/paperbell.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image.png 640w, https:\/\/paperbell.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-300x269.png 300w, https:\/\/paperbell.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-50x45.png 50w, https:\/\/paperbell.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-60x54.png 60w, https:\/\/paperbell.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-100x90.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When you&#8217;re editing a client&#8217;s info (or when they&#8217;re updating their own profile), there&#8217;s now a new field called &#8220;Additional Emails&#8221; right below their main email address. Just add the extra emails separated by commas, and boom &#8211; everyone stays in the loop!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>QIKYATA<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Questions I Know You&#8217;re About To Ask!)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can the client add these themselves?<\/strong> Yep! They can add additional emails from their client portal at PaperbellClient.com, or you can add them when you&#8217;re updating their info.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Will this mess up my existing client records?<\/strong> Not at all! This is purely additive &#8211; existing clients keep working exactly the same, they just have the option to add more emails if they want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do all the emails get the same messages?<\/strong> Yes! The additional emails are CC&#8217;d on everything the main email receives, and they&#8217;re all added to calendar invites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So next time a client says &#8220;Can you make sure my husband gets these emails too?&#8221; you can just say &#8220;Absolutely!&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you ever had a client who wanted their partner to get the appointment reminders too?
