Paperbell offers a Zoom integration that automatically creates a unique Zoom link for each meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you prefer to use the same link for each meeting, don’t use the Zoom integration and instead enter your Zoom personal meeting ID in Paperbell’s meeting URL field, here’s how to do that<\/a>. )<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Set Up the Zoom Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to your Meeting Integration<\/a> settings. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose Zoom from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the “Connect Zoom account” link, review permissions, and accept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You’re done!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Where do I find the Zoom link for my session? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Your Zoom link is in the calendar invite that your connected calendar<\/a> sent out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can also find it in Paperbell. From your Appointments tab<\/a>, click on the appointment. You’ll then see a screen for that appointment, and a link for the Meeting. Here’s what it looks like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Can I change the title or subject of the meeting?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Afraid not! Zoom doesn’t include a way to change this or make it different by default. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to Uninstall Zoom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to your Meeting Integration settings<\/a> and change your Meeting Room Setting to None.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Log in to your Zoom account<\/a> and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Manage -> Installed Apps or search for the Paperbell app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click the Paperbell app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Uninstall.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How to Change Your Connected Zoom Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Want to change the Zoom account you’re hooked up to? No problem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Zoom<\/a> and log out of your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Go to your Meeting Integration<\/a> settings and click “change account” link, review permissions, and accept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Please note that \u200bwhen you change out the Zoom account from your settings it only affects appointments moving forward. For any existing appointment linked to a different Zoom account, you’ll need to go in and change the link within the Google calendar event. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Are your clients asked for a passcode?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        If your clients are getting asked for a passcode once they join the meeting, you can turn off this setting in Zoom. Here are the instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
