The Paperbell checkout process now includes an optional phone number field that will be piped right into your client file.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is now live in your onboarding flow, but I bet you\u2019re wondering about existing clients who are already in Paperbell, aren\u2019t you? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can my existing clients add their phone number?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Direct your client to go to https:\/\/app.paperbell.com\/account\/edit<\/a> where they\u2019ll see a phone number field – once they add that in it will appear in their client profile on your side<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why can\u2019t I add it for them?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You know how Paperbell makes your life easy with all of your clients and offerings in one place? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paperbell also makes your client\u2019s life easy with all of their different coaching and consulting engagements in one place. So they can log into Paperbell and access everything they\u2019ve purchased from multiple coaches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means your client has their own autonomous Paperbell experience, and things would get funky if you could change a client\u2019s info, only to have another coach they\u2019re working with override it with their own changes. That\u2019s why we feel it\u2019s best to leave things like phone numbers and time zones up to the client. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there aaaaany way for me to add it myself? Pretty please?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you can add it in your client\u2019s \u201cnotes\u201d field – just click the \u201cnotes\u201d tab in your client profile and stick it right in there. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
