We\u2019ve been busy bees improving our online meeting integrations, and we have two exciting pieces of news for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Google Meet integration is now LIVE! This means Paperbell will automatically generate a unique google meet URL for each of your appointments that is automatically listed on your calendar invite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s more info about Google Meet<\/a> – they are completely free for 1:1 meetings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make this your automatic meeting provider, look for the \u201cMeeting provider\u201d dropdown in your Paperbell Settings<\/a> and choose \u201cGoogle Meet\u201d and hit save. That\u2019s it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What about Zoom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know some of you are very excited about having a zoom integration that will give you a unique meeting ID for each appointment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, we have it all coded and ready to go on our end, we\u2019re just waiting for approval from Zoom! We anticipate this will only take about two weeks, so keep your eye on your inbox for that coming soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What We\u2019re Working On Next<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next big project on our list is improved options for integrating Paperbell in your website, and we want to hear your dream set-up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
