In my journey as a stay-at-home mom, I struggled with a profound sense of losing touch with my true self... I love being a wife and mother... But one lonely, (and what felt like "purpose-less" day), I'd had enough... and knew God had called me for more.
I became determined to become the best version of myself... I not only focused on physical well-being through mindful nutrition and exercise but also delved into cultivating a positive mindset and forging a deeper connection with my faith as a Christian woman.
Along this transformative path, rediscovering my relationship with God became a cornerstone of my journey. I found solace and guidance in faith, allowing it to positively impact every aspect of my life. The process of self-discovery intertwined seamlessly with my spiritual journey, and I discovered that true empowerment came not only from within but also through the grace and strength derived from my Christian faith.
Now, my calling extends beyond personal growth. As I assist other women on their paths of self-discovery and empowerment, I emphasize the importance of creating a profound relationship with God while leveling up in their health and fitness.
